Advocates convene for HR Forum

Human rights advocates from across the country will convene for a public forum on March 3, 2010 at the University of the Philippines in Diliman to explore perspectives on human rights and the international humanitarian law.

The forum on Republic Act 9851 or the Philippine Act on Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide, and Other Crimes Against Humanity will discuss the emerging issues surrounding the law’s implementation.
